Trouble signing in, a note that will not open, or a payment that took money without granting access: support@getnotes.co.in

If a payment succeeded but your note did not unlock, include the date, the amount and the note title. Access is granted automatically when the payment is confirmed to us, so this usually means a confirmation did not arrive; we can complete it manually.

Billing and refunds

billing@getnotes.co.in: please read the refund policy first, and include your invoice number, which appears on every order in your purchase history.

Privacy and data requests

privacy@getnotes.co.in: to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion. See the privacy policy.

Reporting content theft

If you find GetNotes material circulating somewhere it should not be, tell us at security@getnotes.co.in. Every page carries a watermark identifying the account that opened it, so a screenshot of the leak is usually enough for us to act.

Security disclosure

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to security@getnotes.co.in with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing publicly. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not access other people's data.
