Delivery Policy

Everything GetNotes sells is digital. There is no physical shipment, no postage, and no delivery address to give us.

When you get access

Access is granted immediately once your payment is confirmed to us by Razorpay, typically within a few seconds. The note appears under My Notes and you can begin reading straight away, on the same device or any other you sign in from.

There is no waiting period, no manual review, and nothing to collect.

If access does not appear

Very occasionally a payment succeeds but the confirmation does not reach us, and the note stays locked. Nothing has gone wrong with your money, and you do not need to pay again.

Write to support@getnotes.co.in with the date, the amount and the note title, and we will complete it manually. Your purchase history shows an invoice number for every order, which makes this faster.

What you receive

Reading access, not a file. Notes are streamed a page at a time and are deliberately not downloadable. Every page carries a watermark identifying the account that opened it, which is what lets us sell material that would otherwise be copied and shared freely.

Access does not expire. A purchase is one-time and the note stays in your account.

Devices

You can read on any device you sign in from, but only one at a time. Signing in somewhere else ends the earlier session. This protects your account and is not a limit on how many devices you may use over time.

Refunds

Because access starts immediately, what can be refunded depends on whether you have opened the material. See the refund policy.
